Bonjour! Hallo! Hola!
This release, we’re excited to announce that Lightspeed Retail is going international with its new language selector!
Along the lines of building bridges of communication, we also have new features, improvements and bug fixes that revolve around transferring inventory between different shop locations and making eCom sales viewable in your Retail reports.
Lightspeed Retail
New Features and Improvements
Language selector: Lightspeed Retail has been practicing its French, Dutch and Spanish for quite some time now and is now fully fluent in all 3 languages! To make your account multilingual, simply set your browser or iPad to one of the above languages and its new language selector will appear at the bottom right of your account.

Transfers and reorder points: Using the Category filter to add items to a transfer by their reorder points is an empowering combination of features that many of our multi-store merchants have leveraged to maintain consistent stock levels. Now with the added Brand and Vendor filters, our merchants can further customize which items to add to a transfer by their reorder points, making managing transfers more organized and selective than ever before!CLD-16122

Bug Fixes
- Transfer reports: When searching in the In Transit and Lost In Transit transfer reports, using the From Vendor filter prompted an error message. This is now fixed.CLD-15577 CLD-16395
- Searching items: When searching for item descriptions that have letters with accents (é) or diaereses (ü), an error message appeared. This is now fixed. CLD-16020
Lightspeed Retail with eCom
New Feature
Viewing eCom sales in Retail reports: As an Omnichannel merchant, you currently have a register and employee named eCom that support the push of your eCom sales to your Retail account. To ensure their proper functioning, they were automatically archived during the installation of your eCom store. By archiving them, this means that they’re hidden from other areas of your Retail account, until now! From your Retail reporting, you can now filter for your archived eCom register and employee, making it possible to view your eCom sales in just a few easy clicks and get the data you need to drive your next business decisions!
