What’s new in Lightspeed Restaurant’s POS app?

Improvements

Device settings have been moved from your iOS settings to Restaurant Manager. Only the account settings, payment settings and developer settings are still configured directly on the iOS device.

What’s new in Lightspeed Restaurant Manager?

New features

Device settings are now configured in the Devices section of the Restaurant Manager.
- This allows you to easily create new setting profiles and assign them to individual devices.
- You can copy existing profiles for use on multiple devices at once.
- You can create a default profile for your account.

Improvements

Advanced Reporting:
- You can now add averages in the Floor/table revenue component.
- There is a new Number of payments column in the Payments summary component.
Standard Reporting:
- A breakdown of service charges is now shown in the Day, User and Shift reports.

Note: Some features require your LiteServer to be updated to 5.0. This update will take place automatically in the coming weeks. If you want to have your LiteServer updated sooner, contact Support.
