What’s new in the Lightspeed Restaurant 7.27 app?
- Scan gift cards with your iOS device camera. It’s now possible to scan gift cards with the iOS device using Lightspeed Restaurant. Simply tap the gift card payment button from the POS app and select Pay with gift card, Activate/recharge, or Check balance. After selecting the action, toggle on your device camera to scan the gift card QR code or barcode. You may also choose to manually input the gift card number if you prefer.
Please note: for Liteserver users, some features require a LiteServer to be updated to version 7.22. This update occurs automatically. Please contact our Support Team to update your Liteserver sooner.
