The process of setting up Shipping methods received an update, making it easier and clearer for you to set up a complete Shipping method.

In some cases custom order statuses were being reset when the invoice was resent, this would only appear when when the default system status of the order is 'Ready for shipment' or 'Partially shipped'. This has been fixed, you are now able to use these default order statuses without the orders status occasionally being reset.
