For the fiscal year ended March 31, 2024, Lightspeed’s customers processed $90.7 billion in GTV through Lightspeed’s platform. "Gross Transaction Volume" or "GTV" means the total dollar value of transactions processed through Lightspeed’s cloud-based software-as-a-service platform, excluding amounts processed through the NuORDER solution, in the period, net of refunds, inclusive of shipping and handling, duty and value-added taxes. GTV does not represent revenue earned by Lightspeed. GTV excludes amounts processed through the NuORDER solution because they represent business-to-business volume rather than business-to-consumer volume and Lightspeed does not currently have a robust payments solution for business-to-business volume. Customer locations as of March 31, 2024. Excluding the impact of Ecwid. Customer Locations means a billing merchant location for which the term of services have not ended, or with which we are negotiating a renewal contract, and, in the case of NuORDER, a brand with a direct or indirect paid subscription for which the terms of services have not ended or in respect of which we are negotiating a subscription renewal. A single unique customer can have multiple Customer Locations including physical and eCommerce sites and in the case of NuORDER, multiple subscriptions. This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions: General Terms of the promotion. This promotion is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. ("Lightspeed") and only applies to new or existing Lightspeed Customers located in Canada who subscribe to a yearly Lightspeed Restaurant POS (K-Series) plan in combination with Lightspeed Payments and who subscribe to Lightspeed Tableside between September 19, 2024 and November 19, 2024, subject to the execution of the applicable Service Agreement and/or Order Form on or before November 19, 2024 (“Eligible Customers”). Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion. Activating Lightspeed Payments (and therefore becoming eligible for the Promotion,) is always subject to: (i) approval by Lightspeed of the Lightspeed Payments Merchant Application; and (ii) Customer starting regular use of this service for payment transactions within 60 days of subscribing for Lightspeed Payments. This offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries. Eligible Customers can benefit from the offer (as described below) to the extent they meet all of the respective terms related to the offer (the “Promotion”). The Promotion cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts. The Promotion does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer. The Promotion is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form. These terms and conditions apply to the promotion (in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement found at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and the Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy). To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages), injuries, costs and/or expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time. Hardware Offer. Eligible Customers will benefit from hardware discount of 50% on the iPhone and phone case for Lightspeed Tableside (the “Hardware Bundle”) if purchasing more than one (1) Hardware Bundle, subject to the following additional terms: A Hardware Bundle consists of one (1) iPhone and one (1) phone case for Lightspeed Tableside. A Hardware Bundle can only be used to take orders and payments through Lightspeed Tableside, and is not compatible to be used for any other purposes. Customer is required to purchase at least two (2) Hardware Bundles to be eligible for the Promotion. Customer may not purchase more than three (3) Hardware Bundles per business location. Customer is required to subscribe to one (1) Lightspeed Tableside license per Hardware Bundle. The duration of the Lightspeed Tableside License will be adjusted to the duration of the POS software subscription. License fees for Lightspeed Tableside will apply as identified on the Order Form. Hardware will only be shipped upon receipt of payment for the (non-free or non-free part of) other hardware items. This Promotion and the delivery of hardware are subject to availability and will be delivered on a first come, first serve basis. This Promotion is only available on the Hardware Bundle, while stocks last and may vary from the hardware shown in any images related to the Promotion. The discount does not apply to fees for installation services. Lightspeed reserves the right to revoke the offer and charge the discounted portion of the fees, if a Customer does not start using Lightspeed Payments for business transactions within the above-mentioned 60 day term.
