Promo Terms & Conditions 

Sign up to Lightspeed Payments and receive 30 days (the “Promotional Period”) of free payment processing fees from your first transaction date (the “Promotion”). This Promotion is subject to (i) the merchant processing a minimum of $1,000 within the Promotional Period, (ii)  approval of the merchant application by Lightspeed or it’s affiliates (“Lightspeed”), and (iii) your first transaction date being within 60 days from your signup date. The payment processing fees within the Promotional Period will be repaid in one lump sum to the Eligible Merchant after 6 months of Active Processing following the Promotional Period.  The term “Active Processing” for the purposes of this Promotion shall mean the merchant processes bona fide transactions representing a minimum monthly average of $1,000.00 in transaction volume.

This Promotion is valid only for merchants with Lightspeed’s core POS products (each an “Eligible Merchant”). This Promotion is valid for Eligible Merchants that sign up to Lightspeed Payments. These terms and conditions apply in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement, and Lightspeed Payments Platform Agreement. The Promotion is not valid for eCommerce standalone merchants. Promotion may not be available for certain industries that are not eligible for Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries serviced by Lightspeed Payments. The Promotion does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by Eligible Customers. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the merchant’s order form. This Promotion may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Eligibility for the Promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion. Lightspeed may terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.

Apple products are excluded from this offer. Eligible Merchants will be entitled to receive a single mobile credit card reader free of charge. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form. Merchant will be required to reimburse Lightspeed for the list price of the reader if additional hardware purchased at the time of subscription for Lightspeed Payments remains unpaid for a period of 14 days following the related invoice date. The hardware unit is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Delivery of the hardware is subject to availability and will be shipped on a first come, first serve basis.
