Lightspeed Spring Customer Promo

*This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions: 

• General Terms of the promotion. 
  • This promotion is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed“) between February 26, 2025 and March 31, 2025. It only applies to existing Lightspeed Customers located in the United States and Canada who are subscribed to a monthly or yearly Lightspeed Retail (R-Series or X-Series) POS plan, and is subject to the execution of the applicable Order Form on or before March 31st, 2025 (“Eligible Customers”).
  • Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion. 
  • Eligible Customers can benefit from the offer(s) (as described below) to the extent they meet all of the respective terms related to the offer(s) (the “Promotion”).
  • Eligible Customers can apply the Promotion at up to two (2) business locations.
  • The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
  • These terms and conditions apply to the promotion (in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement found at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service-agreement/ and the Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy).
  • To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages), injuries, costs and/or expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
  • Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.

• Up to 20% Off Omni Bundle Offer. Eligible Customers will benefit from up to 20% off the Lightspeed Retail (R-Series or X-Series) POS plan and hardware, subject to the following additional terms: 
  • Eligible discount amounts depend on the chosen plan or type of subscription as identified on the Order Form, for example:

• Basic: 5%
• Core: 10%
• Plus: 20%

• The Promotion only applies to hardware fees (excluding Apple products) and the first year of license fees for plan upgrades for the Eligible Customer’s base POS subscription plan and Advanced Reporting, Insights, Analytics, Loyalty and eCom add-ons purchased by Eligible Customers before March 31st, 2025, and does not extend to any additional or subsequent licenses, renewals or installation services.
• The Promotion may vary from the hardware shown in any images related to the Promotion. This Promotion and the delivery of hardware are subject to availability and will be delivered on a first come, first serve basis.
