General Terms of the promotion.

• This promotion is offered by Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) and only applies to existing Lightspeed Customers located in the United States and Canada who subscribe to a monthly or yearly Lightspeed Retail (R-Series or X-Series) POS plan on or before November 12, 2024, subject to the execution of the applicable Service Agreement and/or Order Form on or before November 12, 2024 (“Eligible Customers”).
• Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
• Eligible Customers can benefit from the offer(s) (as described below) to the extent they meet all of the respective terms related to the offer(s) (the “Promotion”).
• Eligible Customers can apply the Promotion at up to two (2) new business locations.
• The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
• These terms and conditions apply to the promotion (in addition to the Lightspeed Service Agreement found at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/lightspeed-service agreement/ and the Privacy Policy contained at https://www.lightspeedhq.com/legal/privacy-policy).
• To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages (including but not limited to indirect or consequential damages), injuries, costs and/or expenses suffered, sustained or incurred as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
• Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.

20% Off Omni Bundle Offer. Eligible Customers will benefit from 20% off the Lightspeed Retail (R-Series or X-Series) POS plan and hardware, subject to the following additional terms:

• The Promotion only applies to hardware fees and the first year of license fees, and does not extend to any additional or subsequent licenses, add-ons, renewals, or installation services.
•  If a coupon issued under this Promotion is not activated within 6 months of issue, it will expire.
• The Promotion is only available on select hardware and may vary from the hardware shown in any images related to the Promotion. The Promotion excludes Apple products.
• This Promotion and the delivery of hardware are subject to availability and will be delivered on a first come, first serve basis.
