General Terms of the Promotion.

1. This promotion is offered by Lightspeed NuOrder Inc, 251 Little Falls Drive, Wilmington, Delaware 19808, USA (“NuOrder”) and only applies to existing NuOrder customers located in the USA who subscribe to a Lightspeed Retail X-Series plan (“POS Subscription”) between 24 July, 2024 and 30 September, 2024 (“Promotion Period”), subject to execution of the applicable Agreement(s) and/or Order Forms (“Eligible Customers”). Eligibility for the promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.
2. Subject to these terms, conditions and exclusions, Eligible Customers can benefit from (i) a 50% discount on NuOrder to Lightspeed X-Series migration services, and (ii) one free credit card reader per location (the “Promotion”). 
3. Hardware will only be shipped upon receipt of the first payment on the POS Subscription. Apple products are excluded from the Promotion. All Hardware is subject to availability and all imagery is intended for illustrative purposes.
4. The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, hardware bundles, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts, and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.  Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the Order Form.
5. To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, such party’s agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion.
6. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
