Lightspeed Golf x 2025 PGA Show

This Giveaway (as defined hereunder) applies to any current Lightspeed Commerce Inc. (“Lightspeed”) customers located in North America who sign up for an onsite demonstration of the Lightspeed Golf Course Management Software (the “Lightspeed Software”) at the PGA Show Education Conference held at the Orange County Convention Center – West Concourse between January 22, 2025 and January 24, 2025 (the “PGA Show”) subject to the execution of the applicable Service Agreement, and or Order Form (the “Eligible Customers”). Eligibility for the Promotion shall be at Lightspeed’s sole discretion.

Eligible Customers will be entered into a giveaway for a chance to win the offer (as defined below), to the extent they meet all of the respective terms herein (the “Giveaway”).

12 months free offer: One (1) Eligible Customer, determined by a random draw to be conducted by a Lightspeed representative (the “Winner”), will benefit from 12 free months of an add-on software of their choice, subject to the exclusions that follow (the “Promotion”). The Promotion applies to new add-ons only, and excludes the Digital Marketing Solutions (DMS), Lightspeed Payments, and any other add-ons that Lightspeed may determine in its sole discretion. The Promotion only applies for 12 months, and does not extend to any additional or subsequent licenses, add-ons, renewals, hardware, or installation services.

The Winner can redeem the Promotion provided that the Winner (i) signed all applicable agreements with Lightspeed for the provision of all of the Lightspeed Products (including Lightspeed Software, and Lightspeed Payments), including the order form, the Lightspeed Service Agreement and Lightspeed Platform Agreement, (ii) provided all payment information to Lightspeed at the signature of all applicable agreements as set forth in point (i) above, and (iii) paid any deposit requested by Lightspeed. The Winner can only enjoy the Promotion once, for one (1) single business location.

Activating Lightspeed Payments (and therefore becoming eligible for any promotion, discount or saving relating to it) is always subject to: (i) approval by Lightspeed of the Lightspeed Payments Merchant Application; and (ii) Customer starting regular use of this service for payment transactions within 60 days of subscribing for Lightspeed Payments. The offer may not be available for certain industries that cannot be serviced by Lightspeed Payments. Lightspeed reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine the eligible industries.

The Promotion (i) does not apply to any other hardware, software or services purchased or subscribed to by an Eligible Customer, (ii) cannot be combined with any other Lightspeed offers or discounts and (iii) is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Fees for additional products and services may apply as identified on the order form.

To the extent permitted by law, Lightspeed, its Affiliates, their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, representatives, consultants and advisors shall not be liable for any claims, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered, sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, arising out of, or in any way connected with this Promotion. Lightspeed may extend, change, suspend or terminate this Promotion or modify its terms at any time.
