For nearly 30 years, Opulence of Southern Pines has cultivated a loyal customer base with its exceptional product selection. However, to continue their success, they recognized the need for improved inventory management across their stores.
Frequent connectivity issues with their old system hindered communication between stores, preventing inventory checks. Owner Tanda Jarest even had to print out information from her POS whenever she wanted to go off-site.
