To use this GetResponse app you need to create a campaign list. 

Please go to GetResponse to configure your mailing list. Click here for the direct link. TIP: name your list 'Subscribers'.

After that click the refresh buttons to reload the list.

*** PLEASE NOTE ***

By default subscribers are exported to GetResponse and only visible in GetResponse as inactive (unconfirmed) contacts. Subscribers will get an opt-in mail and when using our bulk import tool this might not be desirable. 

If you don't want an opt-in email to be sent, you must uncheck the API subscriptions box first. Go to API subscriptions checkbox at the Permission tab and uncheck the box.
