Why the Lightspeed - Exact Online app?
Exact Online is a leading Dutch accounting software and also in high demand with webshop-owners. This app makes it possible to send orders directly and automatically to Exact Online. So you do not need to type them over anymore or export / import data to update your financials, product or stock synchronization.
How does it work?
The app is activated from the Lightspeed appstore. During installation, a connection is made between the webshop and Exact Online. After finalizing the installation for every order that is set to Paid a transaction is created in Exact Online. Customers, coupons and taxcodes are automatically integrated. You can choose which entity in Exact Online you create: sales transactions, sales invoices of Exact orders. If you select invoices or orders the connector also books the corresponding articles (products).
Would you rather send Lightspeed invoices to Exact Online? That is possible. You can select this during the installation.
