How it works
Use a fixed (national or regional) phone number directly on your mobile phone, no need for hardware or physical phones! Thanks to our userfriendly "Mijn Bereik" customer portal you can take full control over your telephone number and even start using professional features to improve customer expierence. Features such as announcements ("Welcome to *my webshop*, please hold while we connect you"), operation times (automatically close / open your office based on the time of day and decide how to deal with calls outside of your operation times). Even a professional Interactive Menu (IVR) is part of our complete telephone solution, allowing you to offer your customers various options ("Press 1 for sales, Press 2 for billing"). A great addition to your company if you work with colleagues.

Seamless integration with your webshop
Together with Lightspeed we've developed seamless integration between Bereik and your webshop. Once installed, your shop will automatically show your phone number in a well-designed widget in the bottom-right of your screen. The widget will show tons of handy information to your visitors, such as;
- Your phone number
- Whether or not you are currently available by phone (based on your operation times)
- Detailed information regarding your operation times
- Offer the customer to schedule a phone call with your staff (we'll send you the customers details via e-mail)
- And soon, allow them to immediatly call you with the click of a button. (free of charge!)

Pricing
The Lightspeed app itself is offered free of charge to all Bereik customers. However, a subscription with Bereik is required. All subscriptions can be upgraded / downgraded or cancelled every month (no long term contracts!).
